We are the original manufacturers of the high-quality H.S. Vertical Type Paper Corrugation Machines, which have been in use since the 1950s. The goal of a corrugation machine is to first transform a flat Kraft paper roll into a corrugation flute—a structure resembling waves—using a heater and a flute-pressure roll. The machine has a sturdy construction and is simple to maintain and run. It has two rollers that are arranged one over the other. When compared to other corrugation machine models, the vertical type produces the least amount of paper corrugation. The Vertical Type Paper Corrugation Machine has a self-loading or manual reel stand option. Additionally, the machine pastes a fluted corrugating media on a flat liner board or Kraft paper roll.
