Die Cutting Machine

The "Die Cutting Machine," provided by "H.S. ENGINEERING WORKS," has a brake for simple operations and an electro-magnet size for the die cutter.

Effective and well-suited for a variety of products, including paper, cardboard, corrugated board, fiber board, vinyl, foam, rubber, leather-based, Masonite, cork sheets, glued boxes, marketing cutouts, Jigsaw puzzles, labels, and much more, this die-cutting machine can also be used for die-punching, easing, die-cutting, and embossing tasks.

It offers complete and partial cutouts for stickers and well-thought-out packaging details. For the optimum decal cutting, the face paper should be cut through by the die blade, and the adhesive should reach its peak shortly before the paper is released. We make it completely possible.

Features

"H.S." complete heavy-duty platen punching and die-cutting machine is designed for die-cutting, creasing, and embossing materials such as paper, cardboard, PVC, leather, and corrugated cardboard.
Completely standardized with respect to international norms in the packaging sector (i.e., all components are interchangeable).
Pins are grounded, bushes are made of phosphorus bronze alloy, and all shafts are made of linear unit grade steel.
All bearings are exclusive to SKF/NBC/NACHI.
Fail-safe combination clutch brakes system with adjustable system (up to microns).
Double polyamide/steel pinions are supplied with two pairs for the main driving shaft.
The main electrical panel (control and operation) has a detachable socket system with parts that are worldwide standards, such as digital die from Siemens, L&T, Schneider (France), etc.
Self-diagnostic code for systems with visual cues.
The main flywheel is secured with a check-nut mechanism.
There is a centralized fully automatic lubrication system available.
Two worm gears and eccentric bushes within the cam provide easy adjustment features for the imprints, allowing the platen to be adjusted left-to-right and up-down to equalize the four corners.
The machine runs very quietly, and it looks fantastic with the highest caliber paint and powder coating fittings that are both durable and versatile.
"H.S." Platen Opening 87" is the fastest, giving press operators enough time to feed and increase output.
It is intended to cut paper and two-ply corrugated board into sheets without causing damage to the flutes.
