Hot and Cold Lamination Machine

The "HOT AND COLD LAMINATION MACHINE" that we at "H.S. ENGINEERING WORKS" provide is outfitted with both thermal lamination and the hot, plain, and cold lamination working systems. Our top-of-the-line, superior H.S.' Hot and Cold laminating Machine combines thermal and plain laminating equipment.

The Hot and Cold Lamination Machine is outfitted with a heater roll (for Hot Lamination) and a Hydraulic Pressure System for Hot Thermal Lamination, as well as a heavy, sturdy gum roll and gum tray for Cold Lamination. Our Hot & Cold Lamination Machines have a process selection lever that allows the operator to pick the process of his choice. It is less expensive and takes up less room than the combined cost of the two separate machines.

A layer of protection composed of plastic and laminating film is provided by the Hot and Cold Lamination Machine. It shields our printed goods from dust and abrasions. Our materials have a longer lifespan as a consequence of it preserving their original colors and lowering the likelihood of fading. Laminating our paper material helps prevent moisture and water damage to our material. Additionally, handling the product becomes simpler without having to worry about handling it with filthy or oily hands.

The heat-assisted films with pressure-sensitive adhesives and liners will come after the hot lamination procedure. The cold lamination films, on the other hand, are applied with greater pressure rather than heat and have an aggressive adhesive. Both can be used, however we can use the cold lamination approach to remove the heat sensitivity of specific papers. With printers, we can handle a variety of papers, faxes, and pictures. Pressure is used to initiate cold lamination, whereas heat-assisted films can be used to provide hot lamination at the appropriate temperatures.
